“Snog Marry Avoid” is a strange sounding TV show from the UK that actually has an interesting angle to it.
It doesn’t give “make overs” to plain janes, but rather gives “make unders” to those who already look over the top extreme. Case in point is Mel, who is a 20-year-old hot pink haired, pierced and caked on makeup wearing gal who thought it’d be funny to get on the show and have a make under.
They went easy at first, dialing down the punk hair while scraping away much of the makeup. But by the end the transformation is phenomenal. Most guys before the show wouldn’t think of ever approaching Mel, but after their attitudes changed drastically.

Some people just can not see their natural beauty and cover it with something that they think is good for them....
