Twitter announces the latest Twitter Audience Platform

Downtown High-Rise Guide Significant Structural Damage Following Increase

La — A high-rise in located near by Los Angeles on Thursday night sustained significant structural damage following an explosion of a generator on the basis thatfloor.
The storage unit is found at 811 W. Wilshire Boulevard, at Flower.
Five adults were also reported to have non-life threatening injury, authorities said. The most serious injuries included smoke inhalation and a painful back. Both of those patients were transported to a hospital, according toa LAFD alert.
Brian Humphrey in the Los Angeles Fire Department said the explosion caused “significant” damage to the 19-story building.
Officials said the construction was occupied by commercial residents.
The hearth was quickly produce.
The explosion also did damage to water pipes and provided a “significant” water issue in the the subterranean level.
Cause of the main explosion is under investigation.

Two men identified as suspects in the Bangkok bombing have been cleared of involvement, police say.

The pair were filmed by security cameras standing near the prime suspect in Monday's blast at the Erawan Shrine, which killed 20 people.
A police spokesman said they were now satisfied the men - a Chinese tourist and his Thai guide - were not involved.
The main suspect remains at large, but authorities told the BBC they believe he is still in Thailand.
Dozens of people were injured in the explosion, with some losing limbs.
Police had said that at least 10 people were suspected of involvement in the attack, and that their prime target was foreign.

What we know so far?      

The two former suspects, wearing red and white t-shirts, were captured standing in front of the main suspect, in yellow, as he left his backpack under a bench at the scene.

The footage led police to believe the pair may have been the attacker's accomplices.
But one of the men "met police and was released", according to police spokesman Prawut Thavornsiri.
He told them he had taken the Chinese man to the Erawan shrine on behalf of a mutual friend.
Earlier reports suggested both of the men had presented themselves for questioning.
But the Chinese national returned home a day after the bomb, Mr Thavornsiri said.

Neither were "likely involved", he added.      

Earlier on Thursday, Col Winthai Suvaree, a spokesman for the ruling military junta, said the preliminary conclusion was that it was "unlikely" the attack was the work of an international terror group.

However, he later told Associated Press that a global terrorism link had not been ruled out, saying: "We still have to investigate in more detail."

Images of the main suspect before and after the bombing give a chilling picture of a man on a deadly mission.
We see him getting out of a tuk-tuk 18 minutes before the blast, with a black backpack. He is no more than three minutes walk from the shrine, and starts towards it.
He appears again at 18.49.30, about 100m on from the previous CCTV camera. We then see him walking into the shrine, taking off the backpack, and putting it on the ground, under the bench he is sitting on.
He walks out. It is less than three minutes before the explosion.
The cameras then pick him up walking back along Rajdamri Road, past the Hyatt Hotel, looking at his phone.
The next camera catches him at 18.56.06, 48 seconds after the blast, walking fast.
We see him next on the back of a motorbike taxi, heading south, towards Lumpini Park, where the driver has told police he dropped him off. The police say they have lost all trace of him since then.

Police are also questioning a tuk-tuk taxi driver who drove the main suspect to the shrine, but are making slow progress in identifying the name and nationality of the man in yellow.
Although the shrine has been cleaned up, a BBC team led by Jonathan Head was still able to find bomb shrapnel embedded in a wall nearby, suggesting the forensic teams have not yet collected all possible evidence from the area.
No-one has yet said they carried out the attack.
National police chief Somyot Pumpanmuang said he believed the attack was planned at least a month in advance.
Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha has called the bombing the "worst ever attack" on Thailand.
Twelve of the 20 dead in Monday's attack were foreigners, including nationals from China, Hong Kong, the UK, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.

Sierra Leone Free from EBOLA yet?

For the first time since the Ebola outbreak was declared in Sierra Leone, the country has recorded zero new infections.

There were no new Ebola cases reported last week according to the WHO.
At the height of the outbreak Sierra Leone was reporting more than 500 new cases a week. Last week, for the first time since May last year, there were zero new cases.
But authorities are warning against complacency.
OB Sisay, Director of the National Ebola Response Centre (NERC), said: "This does not mean Sierra Leone is suddenly Ebola free.
"As long as we have one Ebola case we still have an epidemic. People should continue to take the public health measures... around hand-washing, temperature checks, enhanced screening."
In Sierra Leone currently:

• two Ebola patients are still being treated
• 81 people who have been in contact with infected patients are being monitored by authorities
• four contacts are currently missing, according to the World Health Organization

Nightclubs re-open

Restrictions on public gatherings, travel and trade have been eased in the last couple of weeks. Nightclubs and theatres have re-opened and markets are allowed to stay open for longer.
"People are really happy," said OB Sisay.
"The jubilations haven't started yet because we are constantly on the radio saying it's not over yet, but people are extremely pleased that they are [starting to] see the end of this."
Officially though, the end of the outbreak will only be declared six weeks after the last Ebola patient either dies or tests negative for the virus. Whilst neighbouring Guinea continues to report a small number of cases, this final goal remains out of reach.
Guinea identified three new infections last week. Liberia has been on zero new cases since 23 July.

On Friday, President Ernest Bai Koroma lifted the quarantine on one of the last villages to be cordoned off to help stop the spread of the virus, marking the moment as the beginning of the end of the outbreak in Sierra Leone.

The World Health Organization said the use of rapid response teams and strong community involvement in tracing sick people and their close contacts is helping to finally bring an end to the outbreak.
It said the focus is now on tracking each and every chain of Ebola virus transmission, and closing them down as quickly as possible.
Tracking chains of transmission means finding every single person who has been in contact with someone infected with Ebola, monitoring them closely for 21 days and then quickly moving them to a treatment centre if they develop symptoms.
Dr Anders Nordstrom, WHO Representative in Sierra Leone said: "We have to keep doing this intensive working with communities to identify potential new cases early and to rapidly stop any Ebola virus transmission.
"It's important for Sierra Leone that we have come this far, but it's not over for the region until we are at zero for 42 days in all three countries."

In one CCTV image released by police, the man carries a dark-colored backpack near the shrine. In another, he no longer has the backpack. He's wearing a yellow T-shirt and dark-framed glasses.

Royal Thai Police Commissioner Gen. Somyot Poompanmoung said authorities don't yet know the man's identity or whether he is Thai or a foreigner.

At a later news conference, police spokesman Lt. Gen. Prawut Thavornsiri said authorities were "very sure" the man in the yellow shirt was the bomber.

The commissioner said the man sat down at 6:52 p.m. local time (7:52 a.m. ET) Monday and hid the backpack underneath a bench.

Investigators believe he left a pipe bomb.

The shrine, situated at a bustling intersection near a large shopping mall, is a big draw for tourists. At least seven people from other Asian countries were reported to be among the dead as well as one Briton. The site is popular among Buddhists as well as Hindu and Sikh members of Thailand's Indian community.

After being swarmed with police investigators Tuesday, the shrine reopened to the public Wednesday morning.

Prawut told Thai TV 3's talk show "Joa Khao Den" that tips have led authorities to check out Suvarnabhumi Airport and parts of Chonburi Province, to the southeast of the capital. He didn't specify what information led investigators there.

Police believe the man assembled the bomb in Thailand because many pieces of the explosive device, including the pipe, were made in the country, he said.

"From this incident, it is apparent that there are active individuals or groups that harbor the intention to damage Thailand, who may be pursuing political gain or other intentions by damaging the economy and tourism," Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha said.

Adding to the jitters, a new explosion was heard Tuesday at a pier on the Chao Phraya River that flows through Bangkok, police told CNN. No injuries were reported and the pier was closed, said Prawut.

The second explosion was caused by the same type of bomb as the earlier one, Prawut told reporters.

Police are looking into the possibility that Tuesday's blast happened when someone on a motorcycle threw a bomb toward the floating pier, he said. The second bomb eventually fell into the water, he said.

'So many bones were broken'

The first explosion struck Monday during a busy time in the area, sending a giant plume of smoke and flames into the air.

"It was like this huge gust of wind and debris flying through you," recalled Sanjeev Vyas, a DJ from Mumbai, India, who was in the middle of the fray. "And then I see bodies everywhere; there are cars on fire, there are bikes everywhere. People are screaming."

Marko Cunningham, a paramedic who arrived soon after the explosion, described the scene as "absolutely horrific."

"I've seen a lot, but I've never seen injuries as vicious as these injuries," he told CNN, adding that "so many bones were broken."

Motorbike taxi driver Theerasak Kultham, 20, was among the injured. He told CNN he was stopped at a red light while taking a customer to a mall when he heard a loud explosion.

"I turned back to look at where the sound came from and saw people scattered on the streets everywhere. I decided to abandon my bike and ran off ... to the other side," he said.

He saw his customer's arm was covered in blood and realized his own back was numb and bleeding. Doctors said he had two shrapnel injuries -- and one piece may have to work its own way out.

"I've never been through (anything) like this before. I'm still scared," said Theerasak, who moved to the capital from a rural area to find work.

There has been no claim of responsibility for the attack. Thai authorities haven't made any announcements about who they believe might be behind it.

Somyot, the police commissioner, said cryptically on state-run TV that authorities had been warned about possible attacks, but they didn't know where or when they might occur.

Scale of attack shocks observers

Analysts say it's unclear which group would want to carry out the shrine attack, which is likely to hurt Thailand's tourism industry, a key part of the economy.

The capital, which was convulsed by political unrest last year, has experienced small-scale bomb and grenade attacks in the past. Two devices exploded at an upscale shopping mall in February but didn't cause any casualties.

But Monday's attack was of a different magnitude.

"It is by far the most devastating attack that Bangkok has seen -- or Thailand has seen, for that matter -- as far as I can remember," said Joseph Liow, a senior fellow at the Brookings Center for East Asia Policy Studies.

"CITY BOMB HORROR" blared a Tuesday headline in the Bangkok Post.

Puzzle over who might be behind bombing

Observers say the attack doesn't fit with the campaign of violence mounted by Islamist insurgents in Thailand's far south, near the border with Malaysia.

"Their complaints are very local, and they have tended to attack military and security targets," said CNN global affairs analyst Bobby Ghosh. "They have not really committed a terrorist attack of this nature against civilians, much less tourists. This does not seem to bear their fingerprints."

Experts say the shrine attack could be linked to the political instability that has plagued Thailand in recent years.

The military seized power in a coup in May 2014, ousting the democratically elected government that had been beset by long-running protests in Bangkok.

"There are political groups that are opposed to military rule, but they're democrats and this is not their style either," Ghosh said. "They don't go around bombing innocent civilians. And hurting Thailand's economy, which this will do, is the last thing that they would want."

Questions over explosive device

Cunningham, the paramedic who witnessed the aftermath of Monday's attack, said the bomb was "obviously designed to cause maximum damage and death" and was "really unlike the bombs that the Thailand political groups use."

Thai state media cited Somyot, the police chief, as saying the device that exploded was a pipe bomb wrapped in white cloth.

But CNN intelligence and security analyst Bob Baer expressed skepticism.

"With that much damage, that many deaths, it's very unusual," he said. "It would be a very sophisticated pipe bomb -- they don't usually kill that many people."

Authorities were still identifying the attack's victims.

UK Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond said a British woman living in Hong Kong was among those killed, and condemned what he called "a callous act of violence against completely innocent and unsuspecting members of the public."

Prime Minister David Cameron said via Twitter he was deeply saddened by the news.

Five Thais, four Chinese, two Malaysians and a Singaporean were among the dead, said Maj. Gen. Witoon Nitiwarangkul, the surgeon general at Bangkok's Police General Hospital.

Singapore's Foreign Ministry confirmed the death of a young Singaporean woman and said seven other Singaporeans were wounded.

China's state news agency, Xinhua, reported six Chinese had died and one was missing, according to the Chinese embassy.

A ministry spokesman extended the country's deepest condolences to the woman's family, saying a "life of promise" had been "snatched away in a moment of terror."

Medical officials had earlier reported that a Filipino was killed in the attack, but the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs said it was still verifying that claim, according to the state-run Philippines News Agency.

Ebola Survivors got eyes changed

His blood was declared Ebola-free, but the virus remained in an eye

Ebola may stick around longer in survivors than researchers previously believed, and it may even cause eyes to change color, according to a case study released Thursday.

Dr. Ian Crozier, who contracted the virus while working as a World Health Organization volunteer at a treatment center in Kenema, Sierra Leone, underwent an intensive struggle with the disease after being transferred to Emory University Hospital in Atlanta. Less than two months after he was released in October, the New York Timesreports, based on the study in the New England Journal of Medicine, Dr. Crozier was experiencing vision issues and pain in his left eye. Test results would later show that although Crozier’s blood had been declared Ebola-free, his eye was still full of the virus. Not only that, but the iris turned from blue to green.

“It felt almost personal that the virus could be in my eye without me knowing it,” he said, adding that the color change felt “like an assault.” Dr. Crozier’s sight and eye color later returned, mystifying doctors who had been helping treat his eye inflammation called uveitis, but his case shows researchers there is still much to learn about the deadly virus.

3.meet new people. Unless of course your trying to get a girl that you already know. girls are everywhere.... go meet some! They don't usually bite.

4. Talk. Seriously. Talk to girls. Some of they are actually pretty cool. They usually want to talk, and just need some help getting started.

Step 5: Asking her out.

This is the only part of this instructable that is actually scarry.

so, you like this girl that you met, and you have really gotten to know her well. You act yourself around her, and treat her with respect. It seems that she has taken a liking to you as well..... are you ready to ask her out.... well lets find out.

Things to do before you ask her out....

1. Review. Think about it. Do you really like her? Alot? Enough to be stuck with her for a long time? good.

2.Ask your self "Do I have a chance?" this is actually a fair question. Sometimes you can fall for a girl that just hates your guts. In this case its best to just move on. if she doesn't hate you.... you have a chance.

3.Don't plan a dialog. things never go that way. honestly. they dont. Not to mention that they always sound so cheezy. 

So... your ready to ask her out.... but how! ready for the answer....

Just do it.

Yup once again its that simple. Just be like "hey, I really like you and getting to know you has been great. Do you want to date?"

If she says yes, congrats! 
if she says no, oh well. at least you still have a awesome female freind!
